E-File Instructions
As a self-represented litigant (someone filing without an attorney) you can either send your paperwork to the courthouse OR eFile (electronically file) your court documents from home. A self-represented person using this system of filing is generally required to e-file for the life of the case unless the court permits them to stop. Please read the Idaho Rules for Electronic Filing and Service on the Idaho Supreme Court website.

Computer Access:
Your local public library may provide an appointment for free computer access and free Internet service. Please visit your local library’s websites for additional information:

Nampa Library members can pay a small fee for library printing services. For additional information, visit the Nampa Public Library printing service website.
Remote Court Hearing Information:
The Idaho Supreme Court provides information and support for Zoom hearings.
Ada County also has instructional videos for accessing Zoom hearings. And, additional information for appearing in court remotely, such as if you do not have computer access, is available on the Courts and the Ada County Courthouse pages.
